Payment

Online payment is made via Stripe or PayPal, which is a safe and secure method of payment. Dawn Bache does not store any of the credit card details on the site. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact dawnbache@live.co.uk.

Order Times

All items will be posted within three working days of the order.

Delivery and Shipping Information

All UK delivery is free of charge

Parcels are sent by First Class Royal Mail and items will require a signature on arrival.

Delivery is usually the next working day after despatch; however, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you need your items sooner please email dawnbache@live.co.uk or ring +44 01482 862087

International Shipping

For all EU and Worldwide shipments, please contact dawnbache@live.co.uk for a quotation of cost.

International shipments are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for.

EU Delivery is usually 3-5 days and the Rest of the World 5-7 days. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed; however, if you have not received your items within 10 working days please contact dawnbache@live.co.uk in order for me to investigate.

Postal addresses must be accurate to ensure guaranteed delivery.

Customs Charges

International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be owed on arrival in the destination country.

Returns Policy

I would like to feel that you will be happy with your purchase: however, if you change your mind or the product is damaged or faulty in some way, please email me at dawnbache@live.co.uk within 14 days and let me know that you would like a refund and I will help you with the return. The item should be in its original condition and retain all of its tags.

Unfortunately, I cannot cover the cost of returning the unwanted products nor pay for the initial postage, unless previously agreed. Please ask for proof of posting when returning items to me for your records.

I will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day I receive your cancellation.

Dawn Bache is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence with visitors to my website. I never pass on your personal details to any other company for marketing or mailing purposes.

The personal information which is given to me either in person, via email, over the phone or through the website may be used by me, to keep you informed about new products or events.

My website is hosted by Squarespace and they provide the template for my website and an e-commerce platform. Payments are made using secure transaction services of Stripe or PayPal. These services are completely independent to me and your credit card details are not divulged to me. You can find third party service provider privacy policies relating to my website at Squarespace (my web host and e-commerce platform provider) and PayPal (my secure payment processors)
